This was gorgeous-- you really managed to create a whole mood with this story. The characters and setting felt very real, Kitty especially, who I almost expected to break my heart, but there was a sweet and sassy-ness topped off with a wink that had me falling in love.

I know this piece is a bit aimless as a story, but I was trying to capture that feeling of the chance encounter that you have while you're travelling where...you get a connection with someone who you could probably be friends or something with if circumstances were different. But circumstances are circumstances, you know?

I'm glad you like Kitty. Kitty kickstarted this wholes story for me. I'm very fond of him. :)
